LANDLORD TENANT

Owning rental property can be a rewarding and lucrative endeavor.  However, sometimes things go awry and we are here to help when that happens.  We will review your leases, security deposit agreement, any addendums and whatever other documentaion you have to ensure it provides you with all of the protection that the law allows. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to evict your tenants, we will be there to assist you with providing the correct notices, filing the proper paperwork with the Court, and following up with any further assistance needed in removing the tenant, including securing a writ to get the assistance of the sheriff should that be necessary.

FORECLOSURES

IF you are a financial institution or a private individual carrying a note on a sale of real estate and find yourself in the position of requiring a foreclosure, we can assist you with that process.  This is a very confusing area of the law that requires a variety of notices, court filings and followup.  We will be there to assist you with every step of the process.
